Fieldston Homes Association
Welcome!
Our mission is to preserve and protect property values, history, community and our charming way of life. If you love being part of a diverse and friendly community and are looking for a sense of serenity — you’ve come to the right place.
Get To Know Us
We welcome all and are glad you are here!
We are a residential single family community of 136 homes, located on 8 streets, just minutes away from the Country Club Plaza, Prairie Village, State Line Road and from numerous restaurants, schools, grocery stores, and other retail establishments.
Fieldston Homes Association was established in 1927. before Fairway became incorporated in 1949. The association took care of all services that the city did not do.

Today, the Fieldston Homes Association services now include 2 fall leaf pickups and maintenance of seven islands that the association owns. It has officers, and for each street, representatives. It has an annual meeting, held in October. We host a Block Party in June, which is a wonderful chance to get to know your neighbor in an informal and festive setting.
